A vegetable cocktail that will strengthen the liver
Ingredients:
3 carrots;
2 green apples;
1 beetroot;
0.5 lemon without skin;
slices of fresh ginger root;
a couple of leaves of green lettuce or spinach;
Grind all the vegetables in a blender, having previously washed and peeled them.
Add 2 cups of water to the concentrated vegetable drink.
Consume it cool, store it ready in the fridge!
